Easy Canvas Prints Review & Giveaway!

To say that I love pictures is probably the understatement of the year! Last year at the beach I took over 2,000 pictures. Sad to say most of these pictures are still on my memory card. One because I could never afford to print all of the pictures and two I do not have that many walls in my home to display them (and if I did I could never get my husband to hang that many pictures!).

 

So recently when I was given the chance to try out an Easy Canvas Print, I was thrilled that I could get one of the wonderful beach pictures we had taken last year up on the wall! I had a hard time picking a picture to put on my canvas and I went back and forth for days, finally I just closed me eyes clicked one and placed my order then I waited!

I am sure the UPS man thinks I am crazy because he nearly gets tackled when he comes to my house. We are always excited to see what treasures he holds for the day and I knew, thanks to package tracking, that he had my canvas. I am like a 5 year old at Christmas when it comes to pictures! This canvas is WONDERFUL and I love the way it wraps around the frame and is already to go with an easy to use wall hook. I can hang this picutre easily all by myself no hubbies needed! This is my new go to gift for Christmas this year (family beware!).

Mighy Handle Review & Giveaway!

So most of you are going to think I am nuts but I cannot wait for the holidays. I am not a huge fan of Halloween so after it is over I can start to feel all of the wonderful happy thoughts of Thanksgiving and Christmas fast approaching. With those holidays almost here I found a new product that I know is going to help all of those super busy moms.

I know when I holiday shop or even just grocery shop I never have enough hands to hold onto my fast moving son and all those things that need to be loaded into the car. Well Mighty Handle is this new company that makes this super neat plastic hook thingy for lack of better words. It has a perfect grip handle that branches out from the bottom with two extra hooks to hold so many bags and frees up the other hand to hold tight to those little monkeys we all have.

 Let me show you what I am talking about!

 

 

Now some of you are thinking I am a little crazy how can this possibly work well since I cannot take a picture of myself holding bags and baby you will have to check out the Facebook page of Mighty Handle and look at all the pictures and wonderful reviews they have.

 

My favorite feature of this item is that you call throw everything in the trunk on the mighty handle and with one twist of the handle the bags stay on the hook and when you get home you just grab the handle with all the bags still attached and you can easily tote everything into the house no fuss! We weighed all these groceries they are 43 pounds of canned goods and this is my 11 year old daughter she picked all of this up with one hand! No that is one strong Mighty Handle! This is an AWESOME product.

I am a huge fan of natural things especially when it comes to bath time. My whole family suffers from severe sensitive skin, so a lot of products are a no-no for my kids. My daughter has severe dry skin and even the scented baby washes that claim to be sensitive are not ok for my little guy's skin. So when I was given the opportunity to be the first blog to test out TruKid's new Bath Blasts I was thrilled.

 

This past week after my kids went to bed I filled the tub with hot water and tried out one of these interesting little pods. I have to tell you I am skeptical about all these pod products and I had never tried one until now! I was truly surprised. It melted almost instantly when it hit the water. It created a bath tub FULL of bubbles and did not leave a residue on my tub (that is a plus all by itself!). I had to take this bath at 11 pm just so I could sit ALONE for 5 minutes without little fingers splashing and bigger kids needing something. I was surprised by the silky feel of the bubbles and it did not irritate my skin. In fact it felt soft and moisturized after my bath. I am a migraine sufferer so I am not a huge fan of things with a scent and this one was perfect with a nice clean smell and no effects on my migraines. It was truly a nice relaxing experience and my kids have enjoyed it a few times since. This is one product we will be holding on to and using frequently. It is a HIT in our book!
