We have had a rough week here at our house. I have been consumed with the news about Syria and all the biblical implications that this conflict brings with it! My husband and I have spent the week in prayer for our leadership in this country. No matter how you or I personally feel about the politicians in this country, I feel that we need to pray for guidance from God for these leaders. I am not sure that they have the best interest of the average American at heart and I pray that this conflict will not bring the results I fear they may. Please continue to pray for peace and that God will protect us.
Now onto my smile I spent a few hours this week making a fall wreath for my front porch. Even though you cannot see my porch from the road I like it to look festive and neat. So here is my Smile of the week a Welcome Fall Wreath.
If you would like to know how to make this wreath you can send us an email at lu413@aol.com and we will send you the directions! Have a Faith Filled Footstep kind of day and God Bless!
That is a beautiful front door wreath. It is encouraging me to make a new one for fall. It's supposed to be 90+ here today, so not sure it's fall yet.
ReplyDeleteI live in West Virginia it was 47 this morning when I put my daughter on the bus and it is probably only 75 and breezy now it is starting to feel like fall here!
DeleteGreat job on the wreath. Love the acorns!
ReplyDeleteThe acorns are from Michaels! I love them to they are my favorite part.
DeleteWhat a beautiful wreath! I think I'm going to make a new fall wreath this year (I have one for Halloween, but it doesn't seem right to put it up quite yet), but I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet. Love your design!
ReplyDeleteThank you!
