Red Cheese Potatoes

My daughter Hannah loves Red Potatoes so whenever she has her choice of side dishes this is what she picks every time.
 
All you need is:
One red potato per person
1 cup shredded cheese
1 thinly sliced sweet onion
2 tsp. butter
2 tsp. parsley
1tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
 
 
 
I just layers everything into two layers that way all the cheese melts evenly over the potatoes. We love this dish. I make it in a foil pack for easy cleaning you can also make this on the grill with steaks or burgers! Bake at 350 for about 23-30 minutes for until potatoes are soft and cheese is all melty!
